This website and the Litterless Cat Toilet Training Program are operated by Litterless, based in Spain ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described below. You can reach us at contact@toilettrainmycat.com.

What we collect and why

• Order details (your email address, name and billing country) when you buy, so we can give you access to the program and help with support. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Payment information is entered directly into the checkout of our payment provider, Whop, and is processed by Whop and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details. Whop's own privacy policy applies to that processing.
• Your approximate country, looked up from your IP address (via api.country.is, or geojs.io as a backup) only to show prices in your local currency. We keep just the two-letter country code in your browser for 7 days; we do not store your IP address. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in showing correct prices.
• Messages you send us, so we can answer them.
• Usage and advertising data. If we enable analytics or advertising tools (such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or TikTok Pixel), they collect information about how you use this site and whether you bought, to measure and improve our ads. Where the law requires it, these tools run only after you consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

Who we share it with

Only with the service providers we need to run this site: Whop (checkout, payments and product access), Hostinger (website hosting), the country-lookup services named above and, if enabled, the analytics and advertising providers named above. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, they rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We don't sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (generally up to 6 years in Spain). Support emails are kept for up to 2 years after the conversation ends.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email contact@toilettrainmycat.com and we'll reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es), or to the authority in your own country.

The product

The Litterless Cat Toilet Training Program is a digital product: a written guide, video lessons, a troubleshooting guide and a training checklist. Nothing is shipped. After payment you receive access by email through Whop.

Price and payment

• The price shown at checkout is a one-time payment, including any taxes that apply. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
• Payments are processed by Whop. By paying, you also agree to Whop's terms for the checkout.

Your licence

• You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the program for your own household, with ongoing access for as long as we offer the product.
• Please don't share your access, or copy, resell or republish the materials.

No guarantee of results

The program gives general training information. Whether a cat learns to use the toilet depends on its age, health, temperament and habits, so we can't promise any particular result. See the Disclaimer below.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability relating to the program is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country. The EU online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Refund Policy: 14-day guarantee

If the program isn't what you expected, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason.

• How: email contact@toilettrainmycat.com from the address you used to buy, or include it in your message, and say you'd like a refund.
• When: we process refunds within 5 business days. The money goes back to your original payment method; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
• Access: access to the program ends once the refund is issued.

This voluntary guarantee is in addition to your rights under consumer law. Under EU law, the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content can end once you've started accessing it with your consent; our guarantee still applies in that case.

Disclaimer

This educational product provides general cat-training information. Individual results vary depending on the animal's age, health, temperament and previous habits. It is not veterinary advice.

Toilet training is not suitable for every cat. Consult a veterinarian before changing your cat's routine if they are very young, elderly, have mobility difficulties, or show urinary, digestive or behavioral concerns. Check local guidance before flushing cat waste.

Photos and videos on this site show cats using a toilet for illustration. They don't necessarily show cats trained with this program.
